WE’RE HIRING: Financial Services Administrator

The Insurance Partnership Financial Services Ltd is a busy financial services firm, advising clients on all aspects of protection, savings, investments, pensions and mortgages.

We are recruiting extra support for our admin team in our Kirk Ella Investments office, to contribute to the smooth running of the department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, be able to communicate effectively with clients, product providers and colleagues, and give excellent attention to detail.

The role is varied and duties will include but are not limited to: creating client valuations, assisting Advisers in creating reports, letters and review documentation, accurately updating and maintaining client records and processing new business applications in line with internal and FCA procedures.

This is a full-time permanent post based in Kirk Ella. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The salary is dependent on experience.
